Just when I was losing all hope. Finally a little progress.

Max did not communicate well and never let me know what to expect throughout this phase of web design and content. The expectations were not set and he never gave the impression that he wanted to help. His attitude seemed more like a job and said if you have questions, to let me know. It was hard to know what to ask, since I did not know what to expect.
I gave him the personal feedback about not providing what I thought to be good quality customer service, and he basically agreed and said "yep, that is about right." At least he agreed.
Throughout this whole process of designing a logo and web design, I have been very happy with BrandCo and found the customer service to be very good if not excellent. My experience with Max has been a major letdown and has changed what has been great service up to this point.
When I asked for his immediate supervisor's name, his response was "what do you mean?" When I then asked who was his boss, he gave me Ken Grainger's name and email. I will be contacting Ken to further provide my experience and feedback.
In my business as a realtor, it is all about customer service and if I do not provide that to my clients, they will not want to work with me or recommend me to others, so I appreciate good customer service and am willing to recognize it when I receive it. On the other side, I do feel it is important to share opportunities to grow when I receive less than quality customer service as well.
I can only hope that others do not receive the same lack of care or willingness to help that I received from Max. Please feel free to call or email me and I will be happy to share my personal experience in detail.
