Nothing makes us cringe more than a client who wants a hodge-podge of mismatched patterns and colors. We're here to guide you and make sure that EVERYONE loves your brand.

We also want to make sure that you're ready to work with a professional branding agency. We've heard all too often- "I don't know what I want, but I'll know when I see it." If you don't know what you want- there is a very high probability that we won't be able to give you what you want. You may want to sort through your thoughts before engaging with us.

What You can expect from our team

If you decide that you like our style, and have a clear idea of what you want your brand to stand for- you'll have our 100% commitment in providing you the best guidance and highest quality design available. When we present you with concepts we may throw a few in that you're not expecting-- we may advise you against what you're asking for-- sometimes these are hard conversations to have, but in the spirit of providing you the best possible branding and identity it is important that we communicate together and work as a team.

Great designs don't happen over night. When we take on your project we will set milestone dates with you. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback as the work progresses.

We ask that you provide clear and well thought out direction on how you feel about your proofs ("make it pop" is not good feedback.) Keeping your project on schedule requires your cooperation. If you need extra time to make decisions, or something comes up during your project- be prepared to extend your launch date.

We consider ourselves a partner in the success of your business. Even after your project is complete we are here to advise and support you. As your business changes and grows we want to be there for you and grow with you. We take ownership of your dreams, your business, and your success.
