I was brand new to WordPress and frustrated myself so much with trying to figure it out on my own. Little did I know, Mackenzie would be such a great help and solve every single one of my problems. Mackenzie not only sent me an email with information, but followed up with a phone call to make sure I wasn't overwhelmed, and offered to schedule a zoom call so they could walk me through everything. In the industry we work in (real estate), common courtesy, patience, and kindness can be hard to come by. Mackenzie was such a great teacher and so patient. My site URL changed the day after I ordered 1,000 cards from BrandCo. I called and spoke to McKenzie. She was extremely helpful, and she even sent me a screenshot of the change I requested to ease my mind. It’s not often that you get this kind of follow up from a company. Amazing customer service! I have been consistently impressed by the high level of customer service provided by everyone at BrandCo. MacKenzie was no exception! She went above and beyond all reasonable expectation last week when she needed access to my godaddy domain. While she gave me comprehensive instruction on how I could allow her access to my account, I was swamped with other work and gave her my direct log-in. She quickly got back to me with a screenshot showing the access she had adjusted and followed up with a voicemail letting me know I could change my password because she had everything she needed. What a relief to not have to figure out another technical detail myself! Plus she's so pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate having her as a resource! If given a one-to five star ranking system, I would find a way to give her ten!!
